FEATURES of EUROPAMUNDO VACATIONS (EMV) Tour Packages:

• Guaranteed to proceed with a minimum of two passengers. If there are at least two persons in your party, you can plan your travel dates with confidence!


• These are budget-friendly LAND Tour packages that include:
  
  
  • Hotel accommodation with daily breakfast. Hotels are either good 3-star hotels or reasonably-priced 4-star hotels. These accommodations are usually located within city limits but not at the city center, to keep costs affordable.
  • Tours and sightseeing on a seat-in-coach basis (SIC), joined by tourists of different nationalities. Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are provided at the start and end of tours.
  • Services of an English-speaking Tour Manager, and local tour guides as applicable.
  • Airport-to-hotel Arrival transfer is included in most cases. However, Hotel-to-airport Departure transfer is optional, with additional fee.


• EMV allows only one piece of luggage per passenger, with a maximum weight of 30 kilos. A small hand-carry may be accommodated.


• Airfare is not included in the package price. You have the flexibility to choose your own airline and flights. You may buy your tickets directly online or through our travel agency.


• EMV published rates are stated in Euros and on Per Person basis. Tour price may be paid in Euros or in US Dollars using EMV's conversion rate.


• Discounts may apply to children 15 years old and below, 3rd person in a triple-share room, repeat customers, and seniors aged 65 and above. Terms and conditions apply.


• Solo Passengers may book a Single room package, with a much higher rate.
  
  Solo travelers who are willing to room with another passenger of the same gender may choose the SHARED Room basis, which is slightly higher than the Twin-sharing rate but much lower than the Single occupancy package. Passengers who book the Shared category cannot choose their roommate’s age or nationality.


• Some (not all) EMV Tours may be “PRIVATIZED” for parties of 2 to 7 persons. Privatized tours would have basically the same itinerary as the regular seat-in-coach (SIC) tours but it will have a vehicle for exclusive use of the party, with their own Guide-cum-Driver. Privatized tours have much higher prices than SIC tours and are best for parties who put a premium on exclusivity and convenience.


• Groups larger than 7 persons who prefer a Privatized version of any EMV tour itinerary may request from TQ Travel Solutions a customized package quotation. This could work best for big families, companies, or organizations.
